Anu Malik gets Asha Bhosle Award

It's was a moment of great pride for Anu Malik as he got the prestigious Asha Bhosle award. He was honoured by the Akhil Bhartiya Marathi Natya Parishad. The ABMNP was established in August 1996 to provide stage to upcoming artists and nurture their talent.



It can be recalled that the first Asha Bhosle Award was presented to Lataji at the hands of Minister for Cultural activities, late Ramkrishna More. The second Award was given to Khayyam Sahab, third to Music Director Ravindra Jain, fourth to Bappi Lahiri and fifth to Pyarelal.

This time the ABMNP honours Anu Malik with the Award. The award ceremony was held in Pimpri on the 21st October 2010.
