She is undoubtedly one of the most respected actresses of her time. Having done films that have been part of bollywood legend, Deepti Naval is excited about the remake of her film CHASHME BUDDOOR which will be directed by David Dhawan.

While David Dhawan's cinema might be conventionally considered to be loud and no brainer types, but with his ambitious plan to remake the classic CHASHME BUDDOOR, there is a sense of skepticism over the possible treatment of the subject. While there might be many who are biting their nails about David Dhawan's remake, on the other hand the lead heroine of this cult classic is eagerly awaiting the remake.

Deepti Naval, who along with Farooq Sheikh has given us some of bollywood's most memorable films has for the first time bared her heart out about the remake of CHASHME BUDDOOR.

According to her, "I am very excited about the remake of my film that is still considered to be one of the cult films in its genre. Now, I am keenly looking forward to the remake. It would be exciting to see how the characters will be adapted to the contemporary scenario that is far different from those times."

The veteran actress is currently looking forward to her next release titled BHINDI BAAZAAR INC.
