Esha Deol is making a comeback of sorts with TELL ME O KKHUDA and has Arjan Bajwa as the male lead opposite her. While Arjan is happy to finding himself in the big league with Hema Malini at the helm of affairs, a fact that cannot be ignored is that here it's the case of a mother making a film for her daughter. With such kind of setting, it can well be expected that it could turn out to be an out and out family outing with other characters staying on in periphery. Isn't Arjan apprehensive about that?
"Okay, let me tell you something around that as well," smiles Arjan, "First and foremost it's a lead role for me. Secondly I have worked in the film so I know that I am there in every scene. Then most importantly this is not a woman oriented film but a story about a girl. There is a difference here because kuch films aisi hoti hai jo ladkiyon ke baare mein hi hoti hai while on the other hand there is something like TELL ME O KKHUDA which has a girl telling her tale. Beyond that whatever I say would be of no consequence till you really watch the film. So why don't you check it out for yourself?"
Admitting that Hema Malini is quite a taskmaster when it comes to expecting nothing but the best from her cast and crew, Arjan says that the making of this film was worth an experience since he could be a part of something that promises to be a complete package entertainer.
"The film has everything that you look for in an entertaining outing," promises Arjan, "It has family drama, romance, comedy, action and thrills. It has good locales and some terrific sequences to keep you engaged; not to forget some solid performances. Believe me, our film is a dark horse that would surprise one and all."
Also starring Chandan Roy Sanyal, Farooq Sheikh, Deepti Naval and Madhoo with Salman Khan in a cameo, TELL ME O KKHUDA with music by Pritam releases all over on 30th September.
