With a growth on each of the three day (big jump on Sunday), the Shah Rukh Khan-Priyanka Chopra starrer has netted around 46 crores from India. The Tamil and Telugu versions have additionally contributed around 1.60-1.70 crores.
DON: THE KING IS BACK has also seen quite a steady Monday and is estimated to have netted just over 7 crores. With winter vacations around the corner at most places, the film is expected to do quite well even during the second weekend.
Before we leave, as expected DON: THE KING IS BACK has set the overseas on fire. It has grossed the best ever first day in Australia (beating BODYGUARD's US $74,000) by grossing US$ 82,000. The film has also grossed $550,000 from US on Friday beating MY NAME IS KHAN's opening day figure of $445,000.
