There was time when there were lesser number of women-centric films being made in Bollywood. However, looking back at the year 2011 it can be well said that the year was clearly a women show. Well, right from the beginning of the year we were treated with some real sensible woman-centric films. With more number of filmmakers taking keen interest to portray women issues it seems the stagnancy for actresses in Bollywood will diminish in the coming years. NO ONE KILLED JESSICA 
NO ONE KILLED JESSICA kick-started the year 2011 on a positive note. Based on the real life incident, this out and out female starrer was loved by one and all. Rani's bold and brash portrayal of a Journalist and her frequent hurling of abuses raised many an eyebrows and attracted eyeballs. Vidya was lauded for her non glamourous avatar and intense act.
