Arbaaz Khan is a happy producer. He has procured dates from Salman Khan for the sequel to 2010's biggest hit DABANGG. Now that his superstar brother has given a go ahead to his second production, Arbaaz is working backwards to ensure that he has yet another blockbuster film up his sleeves.
"Salman is a busy star and to get bulk dates from him is a huge thing", says Arbaaz who had to wear a producer's hat when finalising on DABANGG 2 with Salman, "Since he is committed to the film now, all my concentration is on getting the ground work in place on DABANGG 2."
This means that before the shooting for DABANGG 2 kick starts in December this year, everything pertaining to the cast and crew is closed by August/September this year.
"That's right", agrees Arbaaz, "Before September, we would have to get everything in order so that there are no issues around the groundwork. This also means that the entire production team would be busy starting now itself. There can't be any false steps."
One such major milestone is putting together the music of the film which would be the highpoint of DABANGG 2. "That's true; audience is now expecting yet another total commercial masala entertainer from us. We have to be conscious about performances, action, music, setting, look - just about everything. It is going to be a tough film to make", concludes Arbaaz.
