It is expected that any father would be elated with his son's success, especially so when the profession happens to be centred in the world of films. Jackky Bhagnani too had a task in hand to stretch himself in order to ensure that his father (Vashu Bhagnani) didn't have any reasons to complain. More so because he was also the producer of his new film F.A.L.T.U.
"Leaving aside the fact that I am his father, Jackky was very focused as an actor who had to deliver goods for his producer," says Vashu who has gone all out to put together a film for his son, "As a father I am seeing him for 25 years now and hence am familiar with each and every move of his. However on screen I can see a definite difference in him. He has definitely evolved as an actor."
Today when F.A.L.T.U. is up for release, Vashu looks back at the positive impact that the film has made to the overall personality of Jackky.
"It is so visible that his entire body language has opened up. He is also a lot more confident and assured about himself than ever before. He is relaxed and carefree. I could see that he was enjoying the process of film making here and cherishing the time that he spent with Remo, both on or off the sets", says Vashu who whole heartedly trusted choreographer-turned-director Remo to deliver the goods.
A cool campus flick, F.A.L.T.U. has been lavishly shot in Mauritius. The film is a light hearted fun film which is vibrant, musical and frothy, hence targeting the youth audience. Introducing ex-Miss India Pooja Gupta in the lead with music by Sachin-Jigar, the film releases all over on 1st April.
