Moving on to Farah Khan's Christmas extravaganza, TEES MAAR KHAN, the film could not capitalize on its superb initial and it crashed after that. During the week, TMK collected 80 lakhs from Bombay (collections from 42 cinemas unreceived), 29 lakhs from Ahmedabad (collections from 3 cinemas unreceived), 5 lakhs from Baroda (collections from 7 cinemas unreceived), 1.50 lakhs from Bharuch , 1.25 lakhs from Palanpur, 5 lakhs from Rajkot (collections from other cinemas unreceived), 3 lakhs from Jamnagar, 10 lakhs from Pune (collections from other cinemas unreceived), 2 lakhs from Solapur, 5 lakhs from Nasik, 1 lakh from Malegaon, 6 lakhs from Goa, 5.50 lakhs from Hubli, 3 lakhs from Belgaum, 1.15 lakhs from Gadag, 1 crore from Delhi city, 14.60 lakhs from Noida, 13.35 lakhs from Ghaziabad, 9.55 lakhs from Kanpur, 24 lakhs from Lucknow, 2.15 lakhs from Agra, 6.20 lakhs from Allahabad, 3 lakhs from Meerut, 2.25 lakhs from Bareilly, 2.15 lakhs from Aligarh, 4 lakhs from Gorakhpur, 1 lakh from Mathura, 21 lakhs from Gurgaon, 10 lakhs from Faridabad, 2 lakhs from Kurukshetra, 3.50 lakhs from Panipat, 7.75 lakhs from Chandigarh, 2 lakhs from Zirakpur, 3 lakhs from Bhatinda, 2.65 lakhs from Ambala, 3.70 lakhs from Ludhiana, 3 lakhs from Patiala, 3 lakhs from Amritsar, 4 lakhs from Jalandhar, 27.35 lakhs from Calcutta (collections from other cinemas unreceived), 1.55 lakhs from Darjeeling, 4.70 lakhs from Siliguri, 2.25 lakhs from Guwahati, 10.50 lakhs from Nagpur, 5.70 lakhs from Jabalpur , 1.30 lakhs from Akola, 9 lakhs from Raipur, 1.25 lakhs from Khandwa, 13.50 lakhs from Indore, 2 lakhs from Sehore, 4 lakhs from Bhopal (collections from 2 cinemas unreceived), 1.20 lakhs from Ujjain, 22 lakhs from Jaipur (collections from 3 cinemas unreceived), 2.25 lakhs from Jodhpur (collections from 3 cinemas unreceived), 4 lakhs from Ajmer, 1.20 lakhs from Bikaner, 5 lakhs from Kota, 15.40 lakhs from Hyderabad (collections from other cinemas unreceived), 1.25 lakhs from Warangal, 4 lakhs from Aurangabad, 1 lakh from Nanded, 3.25 lakhs from Latur, 3.55 lakhs from Gulbarga, 24 lakhs from Bangalore, 3.25 lakhs from Mangalore, 1 lakh from Vijaywada, 3 lakhs from Vishakhapatnam, 2 lakhs from Madras and 1 lakh from Kochi. Netting around 10.75 crores, TEES MAAR KHAN has netted 60.75 crores in two weeks from India. The film has also under-performed in the overseas (given the festive period) grossing £691,500 from UK and $1,072,686 from US till the third weekend (7-9 January). Given the worldwide collections and also the non-theatrical revenues like satellite etc. the Akshay-Katrina starrer is an above average fare for its worldwide distributor UTV.

Meanwhile TOONPUR KA SUPERRHERO continues its poor run and collected 25 lakhs from Bombay (collections from 17 cinemas unreceived), 3.75 lakhs from Ahmedabad (collections from 2 cinemas unreceived), 1.20 lakhs from Pune, 16.35 lakhs from Delhi city, 2.35 lakhs from Noida, 2 lakhs from Ghaziabad, 1.30 lakhs from Lucknow, 3.60 lakhs from Gurgaon, 1 lakh from Faridabad, 2 lakhs from Jaipur, 1.50 lakhs from Hyderabad and 3 lakhs from Bangalore. Adding another crore, TOONPUR KA SUPERRHERO has netted close to 3.80 crores in two weeks from India. The Ajay-Kajol starrer is a trade disaster and is also a washout in the Overseas.
