Musician A R Rahman didn't win the Golden Globe Award in the Original Score category for his number 'If I Rise'' from Danny Boyle's 127 HOURS. The Award went to Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross, who won for their music in THE SOCIAL NETWORK.

Rahman was in contention for his second Golden Globe. He had won his first Golden Globe in 2009 for Danny Boyle's SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE.

But there was something for Rahman fans to cheer about as he bagged the best original song trophy at the 16thCritics' Choice Awards for his number If 'I Rise' from 127 HOURS, just a day back.
