The return of the original angry young man of the eighties, megastar Amitabh Bachchan, in his most loved avatar via BBUDDAH-HOGA TERRA BAAP has been the most refreshing and exciting news for his countless fans. The title track Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap has been rising up the charts and specially the dub step version.
The man associated with the mentioned track, Abhijit Vaghani, talked us through what dub step actually is and how Big B reacted to it when he heard it for the first time. "Actually it is not such a well known genre in India (like hip hop, reggae, blues) but is widely known in UK and US. In a nutshell dub step is a very growly, rough kind of genre," explains Abhijit.
So, did Big B approve of this new genre and Abhijit says, "When he first heard it, he really liked it and approved it. We then went ahead and recorded the track in dub step. He is very happy with the results," concludes the immensely talented musician.
No doubt this track will be one of the highlights of BBUDDAH... HOGA TERRA BAAP when the superstar of the millennium, the now angry old, but still young at heart and timelessly handsome Big B sets the screens on fire on 1st July.
