Ram Gopal Varma, who is known for his witty quips, was in full form at the first look launch of his upcoming film, NOT A LOVE STORY. The film is inspired by the Maria Susairaj case, in which Neeraj Grover was brutally murdered and his body was disposed off.

When asked what inspires him to make films on such gory topics, Ramu said, 'Deep inside I am a criminal. But I don't have the guts to show my criminal side in real life. So I show my fantasies through my films. Please don't tell the police about this.'

Talking about the controversial film, Ramu said, 'I have always been fascinated by the psychological aspect of criminals, which I've shown in some of my earlier films. In this film, two very ordinary people, one fine morning go completely berserk and do something which we can't imagine. They kill a man, have sex in front of his dead body, cut the dead body into pieces and dispose it off in shopping bags. It's probably the most horrifying thing anywhere in the world. What emotions could have caused them to do this intrigued and fascinated me.'

The film stars Mahie Gill and Deepak Dobriyal in lead roles.
