Jesse Eisenberg, who rose to fame after his portrayal of Mark Zuckerberg in THE SOCIAL NETWORK will be voicing 'Blu' in the original version of the film; whereas Anne Hathaway lends her voice for 'Jewel'.
Filled with splendid visual effects, RIO is being touted as the next big animated movie series after ICE AGE. Set in the magnificent city of Rio de Janeiro and the lush rainforest of Brazil, RIO is a comedy-adventure which centers on BLU, a rare macaw who thinks he is the last of his kind. When Blu discovers there's another - and that she's a she - he leaves the comforts of his cage in small town Minnesota and heads to Rio.
RIO will hit theatres in India on 8th April in English & Hindi.
