Those in the know-how of the choreographer turned film maker claim that he is a calm, stable and matured individual who refuses to be carried away despite all the fame and adulation he has earned over the years for his work in Bollywood as well as reality dance show judge. Now Vashu Bhagnani too is happy about having it experienced first hand after spending over a year with him during the making of F.A.L.T.U.
'Remo shot F.A.L.T.U. for around 3-4 months but for the next 8-9 months he totally concentrated on getting the work right on the film's post production', says Vashu, 'He has worked in some of my earlier films as a choreographer and I know where he stands. Now after spending over a year with him on F.A.L.T.U., I can claim that I understand this man really well.'
Vashu goes on to reveal more around how Remo stopped picking up any choreography assignments while working on F.A.L.T.U. This was during not just the days when F.A.L.T.U. was being shot but also when the film was into post production.
'This is the reason why Remo is so successful today because he knows what he wants, doesn't give in to temptation and isn't someone to run after money', says Vashu, 'For so many months, he put his choreography on hold and just lived and breathed F.A.L.T.U. Choreography is his first love but when he got a chance to take a step ahead and venture into direction, all his energy was diverted into F.A.L.T.U.'
Well, one hopes that all the effort was indeed worth it when F.A.L.T.U. opens all over on 1st April. Starring Jackky Bhagnani and Puja Gupta in the lead along with Arshad Warsi and Riteish Deshmukh in principal roles, F.A.L.T.U. boasts of chartbuster songs by Sachin-Jigar.
