Despite winning a whole lot of accolades and also tasting commercial success for his debut film, AAMIR, actor Rajeev Khandelwal did not join the Bollywood rat race and has stuck to doing films which excite him and those that provide him enough challenges. And the film that he is really looking forward to is Anurag Kashyap's SHAITAN, the recent promos of which have really managed to excite the audience.
Talking about SHAITAN, Rajeev reveals that while he was the solo hero in AAMIR and was present in almost all frames of the film, but the case of SHAITAN is very different as it is about five friends and therefore there are simultaneously five tracks running and he is not present in each and every frame.
Moreover Rajeev holds the belief that actors are a mere medium for the directors to express their story and therefore AAMIR was a Rajkumar Gupta film and SHAITAN is a Bijoy Nambiar movie. He also discloses something that should excite his countless female fans, and that is SHAITAN sees him in slightly romantic shades as well!
Certainly, it's just not the thrilling innovative promos but Rajeev's revelations too that make SHAITAN an exciting proposition.
