Rahul Bose is all set to be seen in Vipul Shah's upcoming film KUCCH LUV JAISAA, where he is paired opposite Vipul's wife Shefali Shah (the second time after 15 PARK AVENUE). However, Rahul hardly remembers about his last film with Shefali and feels KUCCH LUV JAISAA is a fresh experience.
Rahul Bose says, 'I don't even remember about that film. It's just a new experience, new role. The chemistry which we shared in 15 PARK AVENEUE is much different from KUCCH LUV JAISAA. There are no traces of 15 PARK AVENUE in this film.'
Going by the promos, it appears the movie is female-centric and it is from Shefali's point of view and Rahul is just an add-on in the film. But Rahul makes clear that it's just a marketing strategy and nothing else. 'It is not out-an-out Shefali film. We both have key roles. But to make the film appear more interesting Shefali's character is being publicized. And I have no qualms about it. However the perception would change once the film releases,' Rahul says in a matter of fact tone.
Throwing some light on his character in KUCCH LUV JAISAA Rahul Bose says, 'I play Raghav, a small time criminal, who forges passport. Raghav believes that everything can be bought in this material world and it is full of corruption. One fine day he happens to meet the fun-loving housewife played by Shefali and spends some hours with her. It's this meeting which changes the belief system of both the characters. And eventually they come closer in those few hours.'

Though it has all the elements of a romantic film but KUCCH LUV JAISAA is not a conventional love story.
Reveals Rahul, 'What is love? Is love talking and having a cup of tea till 4 'o' clock in the morning and not touching? Is love sitting at an airport lounge and connecting for 1 hour and never meeting again? Is love being married for 25 years with 3 children but your husband still doesn't remember your birthday? Love can't be bounded. So in that respect it's a love story but not a conventional one. Was MR AND MRS IYER a conventional love story? No. So, KUCCH LUV JAISA is also on the similar lines but it's very romantic at heart.'
However, when asked about sharing intimate scenes with Shefali in the film, Rahul refused to talk about the same.
A Vipul Shah production, KUCCH LUV JAISAA is directed by newcomer Barnali Ray Shukla and all set to hit the screens on 27th May, 2011.
