Kareena Kapoor may have finished shooting for EK MAIN AUR EKK TU but she is still far away from getting into a holiday mood. Reason being that first half of 2012 looks further stretched for her as she would have to repeat the promotional jig for three of her films in quick succession and also begin shooting for HEROINE.
''Last few months have been really hectic for Kareena since she started promoting RA.ONE soon after the release of BODYGUARD. Earlier EK MAIN AUR EKK TU was also being planned for this year release but thankfully it has moved to February now. Still, that is not much consolation for her as back to back biggies have pretty much taken a toll on her health. Her daily routine has been disturbed, courtesy a change in sleeping pattern, as she has been shooting for one film and then promoting another on an almost daily basis,'' says a close confidante of the actress.
Ask Kareena about this and she doesn't deny that either, ''Yes, physically it has taken a toll on me and I am very exhausted. For major part of last few months, I was barely able to catch on my sleep and somehow managed 4-5 hours of rest every day. Even before that RA.ONE when BODYGUARD had released, I was occupied with shooting for AGENT VINOD and TALAASH. Thankfully I have managed to enjoy a couple of weeks breather post RA.ONE but then with HEROINE kick-starting in a couple of days, it's back to the grind again.'' Before one wonders whether Kareena indeed regrets such busy schedule instead of basking under the glory of being the busiest superstars of them all, she cheers up by stating, ''That's okay, after all I signed up for these films pretty much knowing how my schedule would look like. I don't mind as the films by themselves are so wonderful.''
Well, with her wedding more or less confirmed for February next year, looks like Kareena may just about manage to sneak out for a quick holiday with Saif before it is back to the grind all over again.
