Even though the run of MUJHSE FRAAANDSHIP KAROGE? has come to an abrupt end with RA.ONE finding a mid-week release, the film has managed to be a coverage affair with its actors definitely getting noticed. While Saba Azad has made for a cute picture with her plain Jane act, it is Tara D'Souza who has seen quite a few compliments coming her way for the fashion sense she has demonstrated in the film (once again after MERE BROTHER KI DULHAN). An outsider who doesn't quite boast of a filmy lineage, Tara is now in the middle of constant enquiries coming in about her background.
"Well, it is flattering but then ironic as well," says Tara, "I am not a person who is so much into this entire glam world business. Truly speaking, I am actually a lot more bohemian in the way I dress up on real life. In MUJHSE FRAAANDSHIP KAROGE you have seen me all prip and proper but then the fact is that as such I don't even wear makeup when I go out. Trust me but working in movies has been a great image change for me."
"Yeah of course," she comes up with a hearty laugh here, "I am really enjoying wearing all these great clothes, dressing up and all. Being a glam doll isn't something that I had imagined myself to be doing but now that it is happening, I am loving it all. However this doesn't mean that I have left my real self somewhere behind. That can of course not go away anywhere. It's just that today I am a little more aware about myself. When it comes to appearances related to films and work then I am glad to go as per the norms but then on a regular day, I am still dressing up just like any other regular girl."
