The world is talking about Salman Khan's illness and how he has gone through a surgery and would now be recuperating for a while before facing the camera all over again. Though there were rumors that this would impact the shooting schedule for his next, EK THA TIGER, somehow Katrina Kaif was missed out of the conversation.
"Why are we forgetting that as the leading lady of the film, Katrina has an integral part to play in it and expectedly, she and Salman are supposed to share quite a few frames together from the very first day of the shooting schedule? If at all the film would have been delayed, Katrina too would have had to make readjustments to her date diary," says an industry source.
However Katrina as well as other attached to her forthcoming films can heave a sign of relief with the latest word coming in that Salman would be ready to shoot for EK THA TIGER starting this weekend itself. While his brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri has confirmed that Salman is doing fine now, reports suggest that he would be back in action from coming weekend with the first day's shoot at Dublin.
Katrina too is happy to begin the film. Though there were speculations that setting of this thriller would mandate elaborate shooting spread over 6-8 months across different parts of the world hence requiring Katrina to travel extensively, she denies that to be the case.
"No, not really," says Katrina, "We have a schedule of just over 3 months and then we would be done with the film. Everything has been planned out well by Yash Raj folks and we are pretty much on the track."
