The first look of HOUSEFULL 2 is out and it is quite visible that Akshay Kumar is back in the riotous comedy zone again after DESI BOYZ which had been widely promoted as a 'dramedy'.
''What you have to remember is that comedy is mostly spontaneous. You can write the funniest dialogues in the world but at the end of the day, comedy is about delivery', Akshay explains, 'Now that is not something that can be scripted. Romance can be scripted and so is the case with a drama or a sci-fi. But comedy comes from your own funny bones, not someone else's. This is the reason why after working in HOUSEFULL 2, I can stick my neck out and say that it is a film by a huge group of talented funny people who have come together to create a master piece.''
So how different has Akshay's characterisation shaped up in HOUSEFULL 2? After all, in HOUSEFULL 2 he had played a 'panauti'. So in the sequel, can one say that Akshay would be presented in an altogether different light; something that his fans would love to see him in? CHECK OUT: No bikini show in HOUSEFULL 2
''Oh yes, for sure. All of us have been given new characters, new circumstances, new ideas and new women', winks Akshay, 'I can only pray that my audience is going to love my new character. Unfortunately, though it is too early to speak anything as I don't want to be the one to ruin Sajid Khan's surprise release!''
