WILL YOU MARRY ME? releases this Friday and it's leading lady Mugdha Godse is taking solace from the fact that she would be at least hogging all the attention in this multi-starrer. From playing an extended cameo in GALI GALI CHOR HAI which didn't quite end up fetching many brownie points for her, she is now being seen as a central protagonist in the film.
''Yes, but you know I never thought of it this way when I signed WILL YOU MARRY ME?,'' says Mugdha, ''Of course now when you say this, it makes me feel good about myself. I have various looks in the film while quite a few songs have turned out to be really beautiful. My favourite is 'Kalma'.''
Remembers Mugdha, 'It was my birthday and we were in the 40 degrees heat at Pattaya setting up the location. I cursed (director) Aditya (Dutt) that he was being so cruel by making me work under the sun. However he convinced me that it would turn out quite brilliant on screen.''
She continues, ''As it happens though, all is well that ends well. When I shot for 'Kalma', I never quite thought that it would turn out to be the way it has now. I am happy with the results.''
Hope audience too have similar sentiments when they see the song unfold on the big screen this Friday when the film hits the screens.
