Super-hot start for SUPER KOOL Riteish & Tusshar's film

Alt Entertainment's KYAA SUPER KOOL HAIN HUM has embarked on a great start, the best ever for Riteish and Tusshar. The opening is very good at multiplexes (75-80 percent) while the single screens are not on the same level and expectedly lower. The most important thing is that the target audience (read, youth!) are enjoying and appreciating the film, and so KSKHH is all set for a good first day and a great weekend.
Giving details about the opening day, Mr. Girish Johar of Balaji Motion Pictures says, "KYAA SUPER KOOL HAIN HUM has opened to a fantastic response at the box-office. The opening was a staggering 70 percent plus across cinemas in the country. It is poised to be the highest opening day ever in the Ramzaan period. Despite apprehensions by the trade about the release in the lean Ramzaan period, we were super confident about our film and went ahead with our release. And now our faith and confidence has delivered big time."
He went on to add, "Good content with good marketing and distribution has again worked wonders for us. The response is so good that screens are being added even now."
Meanwhile Illuminati Films' Homi Adajania directed COCKTAIL fell heavily in the second week, but that hardly matters as the Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone and Diana Penty starrer has added another 17.5 crore and has thus netted around 72 crore (to be validated) in two weeks from India in addition to the good overseas run. With some luck COCKTAIL is all set to become a clear hit.
Concluding with Rohit Shetty's BOL BACHCHAN, the film adds another 10 crore and has thus netted a huge 95 crore (to be validated) in three weeks from India, and is all set to be Abhishek's first 100 crore plus venture.
