Imtiaz Ali beats Anurag Kashyap at Wassup! Andheri fest

It's unfair and difficult to compare the two popular directors of Bollywood, Imtiaz Ali and Anurag Kashyap's style of filmmaking as both cater to different genres. However, the duo was pitted against each other at the recently held short filmmaking competition at the Wassup! Andheri festival, where they showcased their respective unreleased short films.

13 aspiring directors were divided into two groups who were mentored and tutored by Imtiaz and Anurag respectively for making short films with the theme 'The Girl and the Auto rickshaw'. Asmit Pathare, who belonged to Imtiaz Ali's team, won the competition.
