Asha Bhosle's daughter commits suicide

Legendary singer Asha Bhosle's daughter Varsha Bhosale, 56, as per the reports, committed suicide. She shot herself at her Pedder road house.

According to a leading web portal, Varsha was found dead in her apartment. Though she was immediately rushed to a hospital close by, she was declared dead by the doctors. The body would be taken to the J.J hospital for postmortem as per the sources.

We hear, earlier also Varsha attempted for suicide, however she survived. But she failed to breathe this time around.

She was a singer, journalist and a writer by profession. She was a Hindi & Marathi playback singer and also appeared at many concerts with her mother. Varsha was married to a sports writer but later divorced.

We pray that her soul rests in peace and extend our condolence to Asha Tai.
