'It's all in the family' is pretty much the stance taken by Bhatts and their team for RAAZ 3 which released lately. While their blue-eyed boy Emraan Hashmi is also following the same mode and is pretty much smiles, what is not really known is the fact that he was the most impatient lot when the film's shoot was on. No, it wasn't because of constant speculation around his relationship with his mentors; in fact that was far away from his mind. What really bothered him was the time that Vikram Bhatt was taking to shoot the scenes, more so since it involved 3D.
Admits Emraan, ''In general, I am a very impatient guy. While working in a film, I want to wrap up three scenes in a single day. Also, I don't really like any cuts when I am delivering a scene because I want my performance to have that smooth flowing effect. However during the making of RAAZ 3, I realised to my horror that when it comes to a 3D film, everything is totally broken up shot by shot. This means you mouth one dialogue and then Vikram used to call cut since the camera angle had to be changed. It was really annoying because from doing three scenes in a day, I was now taking three days to shoot a single scene.''
The only silver lining (and a big one at that) which Emraan is carrying from the film is that finally after all the time spent and technical challenges encountered in making the film, at least the results have been worth it.
''See, we are not trying to sell 3D here; at the end of it all this was just a technicality. However we never wanted it to take away focus from the core story that we wanted to tell with RAAZ 3,'' he adds.
Well, with the film running in theatres, perhaps it is time for audience to pass their verdict.
