Will HEROINE, OMG OH MY GOD & KAMAAL DHAMAAL MALAMAAL continue the winning run?

After the blockbuster success of EK THA TIGER, things were pretty dismal with big films and names and top banners failing to make a mark at the ticket window. However the stupendous success of RAAZ 3 at the start of September (7th September to be precise) brought much joy to the whole industry.
While RAAZ 3 already a super hit, last Friday's (14th September) BARFI! too is on way to be declared a hit, considering the very good global initial, and the fact that it has sustained quite well in the weekdays as well.
The Kareena Kapoor starrer has been well promoted and there seems to be a good hype for HEROINE, which is next Friday's new release. The film is expected to do well at high end multiplexes of big cities and metros and even mid-size towns.
OH MY GOD, which is one of the last releases of September, is also carrying good hype. Producer Akshay Kumar has promoted his film quite well. The music too is catching up and the unique concept of God versus common man /atheist is indeed interesting, and has caught the attention of the movie buffs. So a good initial is expected from OH MY GOD.
In fact September 28, the last Friday of the month, may well see a 'double dhamaal' with both OMG and KAMAAL DHAMAAL MALAMAAL succeeding simultaneously. The promos of the Nana and Shreyas starrer, KDM, sees the maverick director Priyadarshan in vintage form once again, and the return of Nana, in his much loved trademark straight face (with few words!) avatar, boosts the chances of the film further!
With two hits in two weeks, and three more probable hits/successes in the form of HEROINE, OMG and KAMAAL DHAMAAL MALAMAAL, it seems that September will indeed turn out to be another lucky month of the year for the Hindi cinema!
