Sanjay Khanduri's KISMET LOVE PAISA DILLI (KLPD) has gone past the censor hurdle and has been certified U/A by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). It was believed that the film might face censor trouble over its content. This clears all the hurdles in the way of this Vivek Oberoi and Mallika Sherawat starrer, the solo film of both the stars. It's all set to be released next Friday, 5th October, 2012. The film is particularly hot in Delhi-UP territory since its story is set in Delhi and deals with the subject of rape and violence against women. Very often Delhi is also referred to as the rape capital of India by the media.
KLPD is produced by Amit Chandrra under the banner of Invincible Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. and is distributed in the two primary business territories of the film Delhi/UP by Kapoor Films and in Punjab by Mukta. The U/A certificate is also a welcome news for the producers since they will be able to fetch a good price for its satellite rights now.
