Brimming with confidence after the super hit solo success of JOLLY L.L.B, actor Arshad Warsi will be seen in two major films during the first month of the New Year. The films in question are MR. JOE B. CARVALHO (3rd January) and DEDH ISHQIYA (10th January), both of which are slated for an early 2014 release.
The choosy actor has been part of many super hit films and one simply cannot imagine films like MUNNA BHAI series without Circuit, ISHQIYA without Babban or even DHAMAAL and GOLMAAL without his spontaneous comedy.
Even though he is present in almost all the sequels of the hit comedy series and has worked under top directors like Rajkumar Hirani, Rohit Shetty etc, yet Arshad Warsi is one of those rare breed of actors who does not belong to any camp. In a nutshell, he is above camp politics.
While talking to the press during the promotion of DEDH ISHQIYA, Arshad spoke his mind about camp politics and said that he has never been part of any camp and that he signs a film only when he likes his role and the script.
Arshad gracefully accepted his co-star Naseeruddin Shah's compliment that he is the 'most secure' actor in Bollywood and nonchalantly agreed that if Naseer Saab had said then it must be true.
Here is wishing the best to Arshad for both JOE B. CARVALHO and DEDH ISHQIYA.
