It is now less than a month to go for the release of Salman Khan's Sohail Khan directed, JAI HO, and as more and more promos are being unleashed, the excitement amongst the fans of Salman and also the audience in general is palpable. After all its box-office favourite Khan's first release after a gap of more than a year and his fans have been thirsting to see the super star, who is more or less a mega-star now.
However, JAI HO, as can be seen from the promos, especially the song promo, 'Baki Sab First Class Hai' is about the Aam Admi, the common man. And Salman Khan's larger than life image (on-screen) where he is all powerful, the 'Dabangg' Khan, is certainly going to take a back seat.
In almost all his previous super-duper hit films, Salman Khan has essayed larger than life characters and so JAI HO becomes all the more important, as it is after a long time that Salman will essay the role of a common man victimized by the system. Although the fight sequences (promos) ensure that 'Dabangg' Salman does make an entry to counter the baddies, in keeping with his on-screen persona.
Well, the Aam Admi has shown its power in India's capital Delhi and here is hoping that 'Dabang' Salman too will triumph in his new avatar as the Aam Admi (mango people, as per Imtiaz Ali's LOVE AAJ KAL), globally when JAI HO releases all over on 24th January!
