MAKKHI director to make most expensive film BAHUBALI

S.S Rajamouli, the celebrated director of MAKKHI has declared production budget for the movie to be made in three languages stands 125 crore, the most for any Indian film till now.
This is the most ambitious project for national award winning director Rajamouli whose movies often boast of a good story, superior technical values and are overall, proven powerful packages.
BAHUBALI, which is said to be a period film set in eighth century AD, will showcase never seen before spectacular sets and special effects taking it up to the next level.
The film that is to go on floors in the next few months stars Prabhas, Anushka Shetty and Rana Daggubati in pivotal roles. Unlike his previous projects, where the films have been released in one language and dubbed thereafter, BAHUBALI will be an officially trilingual project targeted at cross section of audiences in the country.
Rajamouli is one of the brightest and distinguished directors in the South Indian film Industry who has got films like MAGADHEERA, EEGA, MARYADA RAMANNA and such others added to his credit.
Starting right from his first venture as a director, STUDENT NO. 1, all his movies have fared exceptionally well at the box office.
One of his recent films MAGADHEERA which smashed all Box Office records upon its release is termed as the seventh wonder of Rajamouli.
From action thrillers, to contemporary issues, to mythology Rajamouli has traversed across genres that speak volumes of his versatility as a director. He is also a renowned name in Bollywood now with his movies being remade the most here in Hindi like SON OF SARDAAR, ROWDY RATHORE etc.
