After the surprising success of Excel Entertainment's FUKREY, the focus is now on the next comic caper with an unusual title, Bejoy Nambiar's KUKU MATHUR KI JHAND HO GAYI.
Since not much is known about the film, to douse our curiosity, we caught up with the young and good looking Siddharth Bhardwaj (MTV fame) who plays a pivotal role in the film. The honest and frank Siddharth told us, ''KMKJHG is a typical Delhi comedy. I play the antagonist, Himanshu Gulati. It's an in your face kind of comedy with a lot of Delhi slang.''
When we queried Siddharth about his other projects he disclosed, ''After KMKJHG, I will start shooting from September for an untitled film (Working title LIFE NON VEG) in Jaipur. Now in this film, I am a typical youth who wants everything in life, and out of desperation he keeps auditioning for all kinds of films, Hindi, Bhojpuri etc etc. He also likes girls and runs into this tall, good looking female, who actually turns out to be gangster's girl. Lots of Delhi accent and touches here too. You know, the interesting thing about both my films is that since I am from Delhi the two respective directors of my films gave me the freedom to pen down my own dialogues and accent,'' signs off Siddharth.
Here's awaiting Balaji's KUKU MATHUR KI JHAND HO GAYI and wishing the best to another promising youngster!
