It was YAMLA PAGLA DEEWANA 2 music launch party at a suburban Mumbai hotel. Among those who could be seen on the stage, apart from Deols, were, Retiesh Deshmukh, Genelia D'Souza, and the other big Bollywood names. The TV media went berserk and created a kind of melee. It took some time before the still photographers and video cameramen could be persuaded to back off a bit and let the function begin.
The mike was in Dharam Ji's hand. He seemed overwhelmed by the star turn out and thanked them for their love and respect. He also wished them continuing success in their career. He paused for a while and then started speaking in an emotion-choked voice. He was going to make an important announcement.
He said it was time he revealed the biggest secret of his life to the world and specifically to the media. He had not said it before but this was the right occasion to make his confession. He had the attention of everyone by now. People waited with bated breath for the words to tumble out of his mouth. He seemed very serious and determined. And then he revealed the big secret. He said, ''I'm the best dancer of Bollywood.''
People applauded and soon the song 'Main Taan Aidaan Hi Nachna' from the YMD 2 album started playing and the celebrity brigade joined its beloved 'Dharam Pa Ji' and began dancing with great fun and gay abandon around him, in tune with his all too familiar signature style, enjoying every bit of the act.
YMD 2 music album is released by Yash Raj Films. It has 8 tracks sung by Sonu Nigam, Mika Singh, Shankar Mahadevan, Sunidhi Chauhan, Toshi, Sharib, Sanchita Bhattacharya, and Diljit Dosanjh. The lyrics are written by Kumaar and the music is composed by Toshi and Sharib. The film is produced by Sunny Sound Pvt. Ltd. and YPD Films Ltd. (UK), and co-produced by Suniel Saini and Vijay Dhanoya.
