Sidharth Malhotra to sport two looks in THE VILLAIN

He may have boasted of a tough physique in STUDENT OF THE YEAR but beneath that exterior, he played a softie, as it comes with the Karan Johar territory. That is not going to be the case though in the world of Ekta Kapoor as the gritty and dramatic narrative of her next production THE VILLAIN warrants that he goes through a complete image transformation.
For that, he has already tried quite a few different looks and as per insiders, the one that has been chosen by director Mohit Suri would showcase him in a different light altogether.
"Well, it isn't just one but in fact two looks that he is carrying for the film," informs a source close to the actor who was happy to romance Alia Bhatt in the Swiss Alps for his debut venture, "To begin with, he would be carrying two different hairstyles - one with short hair and the other with long. After all, the title THE VILLAIN has to be justified as well. Both Ekta and Mohit have been closely involved in making sure that many looks were tried on Sidharth before gearing up to kick-start the shoot for the film which would be going on the floors very soon."
Needless to say, his distinct looks are being kept as a closely guarded secret.
"In fact in personal life too Sidharth is being so protective about his look that not many are aware about the tattoo that he has chosen for himself," the source continues, "He has always wanted to get inked but has been waiting for some time before finalising one. He doesn't wish to get anything just for the sake of it. He wants the tattoo, which would find a place on his arm, to reflect his inner thoughts and something that goes with his personality. He is currently contemplating between making the tattoo permanent or temporary."
Guess someone is taking his 'thinking man' part rather too seriously. We like!
