It's a hat-trick for T-Series with Amitabh Bachchan's BHOOTHNATH RETURNS

T-Series is on a roll, what with their recently produced film, Amitabh Bachchan starrer BHOOTHNATH RETURNS receiving great reviews from both the critics and masses. That's not all. With the success of BHOOTHNATH RETURNS, T-Series has also completed a hat-trick of hits, the earlier two being YAARIYAN and AASHIQUI 2.
While AASHIQUI 2 had a clean sweep at all the popular awards this year for its extraordinary music and story, Divya Khosla Kumar's maiden venture YAARIYAN struck the right chords with the audiences and kept the cash registers ringing in.
Interestingly, the songs of all these three films including 'Sunny Sunny', 'ABCD' and 'Baarish' from YAARIYAN, 'Sun Raha Hai Na Tu', 'Tum Hi Ho' from AASHIQUI 2 and 'Party Toh Banti Hai', 'Come Party with the Bhoothnath' from BHOOTHNATH RETURNS have been topping the charts and have become a rage with the Bollywood lovers for quite some time now.
Talking on the success of the films, T-Series head honcho Bhushan Kumar expressed, ''It is a great news for us at T-Series to have done well with our back-to-back three films receiving appreciation and success from the audience. The story, content and music of AASHIQUI 2, YAARIYAN and now BHOOTHNATH RETURNS did wonders for the film that was loved by the audience of all generations. It's our in-house team who has marketed these varied genre films very well and in a unique manner.''
Besides the business, all the three films - AASHIQUI 2, YAARIYAN and BHOOTHNATH RETURNS have been appreciated for their innovative marketing strategies as well. Ask Vinod Bhanushali, Marketing head at T-Series about it and he says, ''Marketing strategies today form a very important key element to make your audience know about your film. For us marketing all these films has been a challenge as they are of different genres like romance, friendship, election, satire. But the music was a huge support for planning the marketing strategies for promotions. With AASHIQUI 2 we had to take forward a big brand so our promotional plans were made accordingly. The biggest difficulty back then was to promote the film in 2-3weeks time as Bhushanji had preponed the film's release.''
He further explains, ''Next was YAARIYAN where we had to promote new faces and music did wonders and became our base for future promotions. Also Divyaji shot the songs so beautifully that went well with the storyline of the film. The film which spoke about early teen life connected with the youth. The recently released BHOOTHNATH RETURNS had Mr. Bachchan who gave his complete support and helped us in promoting the film on various platforms.''
Meanwhile, T-Series is gearing up for some of the big films this year on music front which include - EK VILLAIN, HEROPANTI, HAPPY NEW YEAR, KICK, BANG BANG among others. On the production front, T-Series has a number of films like CREATURE 3D, ROY, ALL IS WELL, 102 NOT OUT among others lined up.
