He was the most fun element in FUKREY and now that he has almost wrapped up the shoot of DOLLY KI DOLI, there are good words floating all around. Varun Sharma, the youngest of them all and a complete outsider in Bollywood, is now looking at making his presence felt not just in Bollywood but even Hollywood. Our reliable sources confirm that he has been pretty much finalized for an important role in an international film, the shooting of which would begin soon.
''Yes, people out there were impressed by his work and particularly liked the free flow of comedy that he brought on screen. Since he is uninhibited in his act and not yet been touched by any external influences whatsoever, he came across as a complete natural,'' informs our source.
He was pronto auditioned and expectedly, he impressed the makers all over again with a live performance. While he has been confirmed for the part, a formal announcement is yet to be made. No wonder, Varun was a tad reluctant to share many details.

''You know how things are out there in the West. Let's just say that it has been a good progress so far and I should be able to share some developments pretty soon,'' says Varun in a controlled tone.
While it is expected that a news flash around this would happen later this month, closer home his producer Arbaaz Khan is pretty happy with what Varun has brought on the table in DOLLY KI DOLI, where Sonam Kapoor plays the central role.
''He is superb and as a newcomer, he is bringing an altogether different flavor to the mood and setting of the film,'' says Arbaaz, ''He is a natural; that's the best part of him. I am sure he will go a long way.''
Well, a move into Hollywood is one step towards that for sure.
