Boasting of a cent percent record so far, Parineeti Chopra is on a high. As she continues to gain some great feedback coming her way, what with yet another good film - this time for HASEE TOH PHASEE - being much appreciated. The perky young woman is looking at changing gears with her subsequent outings.
No wonder, her next film DAAWAT-E-ISHQ with director Habib Faisal (after ISHAQZAADE) is special for the actress.
"It has shaped up very nicely. It is my second film with Habib sir and my first with Aditya (Roy Kapur). Then there is Anupam Kher also. I have grown very fond of him, as well as Aditya. We have a lot of fun working with each other. It is a sweet film that we have shot primarily in Hyderabad and Lucknow. As the name suggests, the film is about food and love," smiles Parineeti.
Meanwhile, there is some 'killing' happening with her as the center of attraction in KILL DIL. Buzz is that she is donning an ultra-glam look in the film.
Laughs Parineeti, "High time! I have always wanted to create this glam image of mine as well. Also, ever since the time I came to Mumbai, I wanted to do a Shaad Ali film. So when KILL DIL came to me, it was the happiest day of my life. While Shaad, Ranveer (Singh) and Ali (Zafar) have already shot together, I would be joining them after the release of HASEE TOH PHASEE. It is going to be a very big stylish film."
With both films slated to arrive at regular intervals, 2014 is indeed a much-eventful year for Parineeti, who has impressed one and all ever since she made her debut with LADIES V/S RICKY BAHL.
