Alia Bhatt, who impressed the audience with her singing in HIGHWAY, will be crooning her second song, the unplugged version of 'Main Tennu Samjhawaan' from the upcoming film HUMPTY SHARMA KI DULHANIA.
"I love singing in the shower and even in the car but recording in a studio is a different game all together. She loved the duet Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal have sung for the film. However, her version of 'Main Tennu Samjhawaan' is personal and relatable.
Alia thought singing this song would be easy till she knew that she had to render some high notes in a husky tenor.

After lending her voice for 'Sooha Sooha' in HIGHWAY, A.R. Rahman told her to take singing forward and she has been planning to train at Rahman's school in Chennai but her work schedule doesn't allow her to pursue it at the moment.
Alia Bhatt, who considers Priyanka Chopra her inspiration, hopes that she will cut an album someday, just like PeeCee. "I may not be able to sing a pop song like 'In My City' but could try something softer and personal," concludes alia.
