Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has used more than 200 vintage cars for his next titled BOMBAY VELVET starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar.

This is a record of sorts in Bollywood as no other film has used these many cars for a shoot.

CHECK OUT: Ranbir Kapoor-Anushka Sharma to play with real guns?

Looks like Anurag has left no stones unturned to recreate the era of BOMBAY VELVET. Since the movie has been shot in Sri Lanka, it became easier for the director to source it from there, as Sri Lanka probably has the most number of vintage cars that are in great shape.

BOMBAY VELVET is produced by Fox Star Studios and Phantom Films and will hit the theatres on 28th November 2014.
