Ask Anindita about her experience of dancing with Big B and she reveals, “It was brilliant. As anybody expects, Amitabh Bachchan is a legend. When you work with him is that you realize that why he is a legend. The minute he comes on the set everything changes. He brings out the best in people. He has so much love and enthusiasm for the camera that every take he gives is like the first take. That level of professionalism, craft and dedication inspired me while working with him. He would shoot happily in a middle of a hot day in strenuous conditions. Nothing affects him, not even his age. In fact he is younger than all of us. It was an absolute honour share screen space with him.”
The song, which has been choreographed by Ahmed Khan, is a celebration of various dance forms and will see Anindita and Big B jiving together!
“Ahmed Khan was the choreographer of the song and we are giving a tribute to legend Raj Kapoor by dancing on his song ‘Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai’ with the only living legend Amitabh Bachchan,” admits Anindita ecstatically adding further, “It was a celebration of lot of dance forms but for me it was Jive and Salsa and Big B was my partner. And let me tell you, Mr. Bachchan is the best dance partner anyone can have. He is a thorough gentleman! Interestingly, Big B got his own peculiar style into Salsa and Jive. And I was more than happy. He wanted to rehearse before the take and I was happy just rehearsing with him.”
