While some celebs adopt certain health techniques or any art form for their film and leave it after they are done with it, there are few who once get introduced to any unique art form it's difficult for them to get their hands off it. Our very own fitness chic Taapsee Pannu is also experiencing something similar.
While working on the film BABY earlier this year, Taapsee was introduced to ‘Krav Maga', a unique self-defense form of action, for all the high kicks she performed in BABY. Taapsee extremely enjoyed learning those tricks to which, we recently heard that, she is still sticking on to. We also hear that Taapsee is someone who sticks to unique ways to stay fit and loves to cheat gym and dieting. She loves to play squash for hours instead.
Lately she is continuing to do ‘Krav Maga' which is helping her to stay fit and also boosts her confidence as a girl as it's a famous self-defense routine.
When contacted Taapsee, she said, “I love to stay fit and when I was learning ‘Krav Maga' it made me realise that it takes so much energy physically and mentally to train in a martial art. Being a lone traveller most of the times it gives me a sense of confidence that I can handle any problem myself and don't have to get scared of people around.”
