The actress says playing a heartless character was tough. “She used to order her subordinates to beat people including kids. So to watch that was difficult. But doing it wasn't difficult because when you are playing a character, you can't afford your emotions to take over.”
After her last film HAIDER won five national awards, (Best music director - Vishal Bhardwaj, Best Dialogues - Vishal Bhardwaj, Best Male playback Singer - Sukhwinder Singh, Best Costume Design - Dolly Ahluwali & Best Choreography - Bismil), ask the actress if she's getting good scripts and Tabu says, “Fortunately, I always get good scripts. And hopefully I'll keep on getting them in the future.”
