According to reports, Parineeti Chopra was being considered opposite Salman Khan in SULTAN after Kangana Ranaut opted out of the film due to date issues. But it doesn't seem to be the case.

An official statement from Parineeti Chopra's spokesperson read, "Parineeti has not been approached for SULTAN however she is a die-hard self-confessed Salman fan so is looking forward to an opportunity to work with him in the near future."

So it remains to be seen which actress is finally cast in the upcoming Yash Raj Film.
