You see your favourite dish in front of you and your mouth starts watering. But handsome Bollywood actor John Abraham has resisted the temptation and has given up on his favorite sweet dish Kajukatli two decades ago.
Every person craves to eat junk & chatpata food. When asked John what does he do to keep away from eating such food as it is very important for fitness, he said, “It is very important to take breaks, but for me the chatpata thing is a chocolate protein shake which is very special for me. Or I eat protein cakes which are made of flax seeds and instead of chocolate, they put whipped cream. And all the ingredients used are all healthy, complex carbohydrates like oat meals etc. so I don't have anything that is unhealthy. I don't feel like eating junk and I think that's why, 365 days a year, I try and maintain my shape which is very necessary.
He further added saying, “If you want to maintain your body shape it is very important that you don't have alcohol, cakes, fried stuffs. You will have to take a break from all these things for almost 4-5 years. And I have been doing for about 21-22 years without a break now.”

Telling us about having his favourite sweet 21 years ago he said, “The last time I had my favourite sweet Kajukatli which I love 21 years ago. I don't have aerated drinks, it's been about 15-16 years. I have rice also maybe once a year. So, you have to be very strict with your diet. If you are not strict, you are not going to see results.
Further informing us on the food which we eat being dangerous he said, “I may be wrong, but in 10 years, just like cigarette smoking is injurious to health, very soon there is going to be white sugar is injurious to health & maida is injurious to health and there is going to be a list of things. So you might as well stop now so that you can live a stronger & healthier life.”
Not everyone can keep away from eating their favourite dishes. Hats off to you, John!
