Usually it's actresses who want to portray themselves as sex siren or sizzling beauty. But in Daisy Shah's case it was totally a different thing. It was Salman Khan who wanted his protégé Daisy Shah (whom he launched through his film JAI HO) to look ‘hot' and ‘sensuous' on-screen. He even gave his trainer so that Daisy acquires a fab figure for the film HATE STORY 3

Now that the first trailer and songs are out and the film is ready for release, ask Daisy if Salman has seen the rushes and what feedback he gave after watching her bold act and she says, “Salman has seen the trailer and even gave his feedback. He said it's looking very nice. Apart from the kissing scenes, his only agenda was to make me do this movie, so that I look hot and good. I should look sexy sensuous and that is what he wanted.”

And Daisy is also feeling good about her newly acquired ‘fab body'. “I have lost around 7 kilos. Now that I have lost weight, I am feeling good about myself. This is something I am going to go ahead with it. And I will not get back to what I was looking earlier,” she says.

As we all know it was Salman Khan who convinced and suggested Daisy to take up HATE STORY 3, ask Daisy if she totally goes by Salman's word and feels to be in the safest hands in the industry and Daisy says at once, “It's not that his words are patthar ki lakeer for me. But what makes me follow him is the fact that he has been in the industry for such a long time. So he knows how the industry functions, he knows the in and out of it. So it's always good to take advice from people who have so much of knowledge and I am just a beginner. I know Salman Khan very closely and that's why I seek his advice. I don't know about others but I would say yes, being with him means you are in the safest hands.”

Today actresses who go bold on-screen or do explicit scenes easily hog the limelight. Can actresses survive, who want to go otherwise? “Yes actresses can survive. See, it all depends what kind of a movie it is. Like in JAI HO I had to wear a lot of salwar kameezes but still I was appreciated. Today, when I have donned the monokini, I am being appreciated for that also. So, it depends on what kind of character you are playing,” Daisy signs off.
