Rishi Kapoor, at MAMI Film Festival, said that people added him on twitter to get close to and know more about Ranbir Kapoor. On the same platform, Rishi has described himself as son of a famous father - father of a famous son and I'm the hyphen between them.

So when we met Ranbir Kapoor during TAMASHA interviews, we asked the Bollywood actor if he thinks he has reached a stage where he has surpassed his own father's popularity?
To that, Ranbir Kapoor said, “Not at all. Unfortunately we are in an industry where there's short-lived memory of actors gone by. If you ask my generation, they've probably not seen much of Dilip Kumar's work, but that doesn't mean anybody is greater than Dilip Kumar. He's the greatest and I feel the same way about my father. I think he's one of the finest actors that the film industry produced. Whatever I do in my life, I don't think I'll be able to match up to him. So it's just humour the way he said it and I don't think he meant anything.”
Although you might not be able to step into Rishi Kapoor's shoes, we are certainly seeing you set standards by doing versatile roles so early in your career, Ranbir Kapoor.
