At a media interaction to promote his upcoming film, PREM RATAN DHAN PAYO, Salman Khan spoke at length about how his court case verdicts are cause of worry.
When asked if there's anything that is worrying him now, Salman said, “Yeah, obviously. What is going to happen to my verdicts now? People have been given 5-5 years. If you add them, it becomes 10-15 years. So that's a big worry on my parents and my heads. It's a big one now. It's not in the Magistrate Court anymore. It's in the High Court. Whatever happens, I'll take it. But let's see what happens now.”
He further added, “Doing comedy, doing work and doing Bigg Boss when you know there's a sword hanging on your head and you see your parents reacting to it and to see what they're going through, is bull sh*t.'
He also stated, 'The beauty of my job is no matter how well I do it, they'll say, ‘Salman is insensitive. ‘Sonam ke sath romance kar raha hai, Jacquiline ke sath dance kar raha hai, arre wah, Poland jaake aa rahe hain. Inko upar hunting ka case hai, inke upar accident ka case hai. Dekho, ash hai inki. Oho, 600 karod kama liya. Waah!' They don't know how much money we actually get. So all these things go totally against me and my good work when it comes to those people signing that verdict.”
Point out to him that many fans and well-wishers are praying for him and he says, “Prayers and wishes work with people who believe in prayers and wishes. I do believe in prayers like many others. There are other people who don't believe and the power is with those who don't believe (laughs).”
