Bollywood celebrities are under constant scrutiny and no matter what they say, there are high chances of them being judged, criticised & also trolled.
It was just yesterday that Sonam Kapoor was trolled for her comment on the meat ban. Sonam had shared a post on meat ban writing, “Our country is going to remain a 3rd world nation because of the intolerant misogynistic close minded few.” People were left wondering about what a ‘misogynistic' mentality had to do with the meat ban. And we too felt that Sonam had gone wrong this time and made a blunder.
Just as the media was still abuzz with Sonam's trolls, one more Bollywood actress, Sonakshi Sinha was trolled for her comment on the meat ban. Sonakshi had written, “This is a free country! Welcome to BAN-istan... I meant india.. Stupid autocorrect.” She also wrote, “Why no ban on ignorance/negligence? What about the flood affected people of assam? Priorities people. Priorities.”
All was fine till people shared one of her old tweets which said, “Please protect animals @drharshvardhan. Ban import & sale of animal-tested cosmetics. Guys, please help, RT this tinyurl.com/kcnpqgg.” People started talking about her double standards (in reference with both the tweets as both were on ban).
Some of the trolls read:
@sonakshisinha chup kar moti
@sonakshisinha sorry for that last tweet autocorrect it was hottie
Kya @sonakshisinha madamji before posting your shit, please remember to delete your old shits
Dear Moto @sonakshisinha Ji, your priority should be to shed some weight. Lunacy runs in your family @SonaChele1
@sonakshisinha plz kindly tell this to ur daddy..they are in power..they can help u..

And Sonakshi very well knows how to give it back. She posted a few thing writing:
“Welcome to twitter. Whr only trolls r allowed to have their say yep, the only space they shud be takin up in life is the 140 chars here!”
“And the best part is, trolls think they are relevant, while we carry on with our happy and positive lives god bless you all!”
“Me: have something to say.
Twitter: r u a troll?
Twitter: NO u can't have an opinion. Go away. Shoo. *intimates other trolls* ATTACK”
If the celeb has made a stupid & dumb remark then trolling them is justified, but pointing fingers at them for a very pointless reason makes no sense. It's high time we make appropriate & correct use of social media.
In our opinion, trolling Sonakshi was a really stupid thing to do. And we understand what you're trying to saying, Sona, we very well understand it.
