With time, everything has changed in the Bollywood industry. From romance to comedy & even action, we have seen a lot of difference in the way things were projected in the movies back in the 1980s & 90 to now.
In the trailer of Sooraj Pancholi's debut film HERO, we saw quite a few action sequences. In an interview with us, we had a conversation with the young actor about how the action has changed with time. Commenting on that, Sooraj said, “It was very different. There weren't cables; if there was something then there would be max 10-15 punches. But now there are flips and there are so many newcomers doing so much. So action has gone 10 notches up from there.”
Talking about action being tougher back then, he further said, “Actually that time action was tougher because when you had to jump from a building, you had to jump on boxes but now we have crash mats & airbags.”
He added, “There is a lot of action in this film also. There is a lot of cable work and a lot of training required for this and there was a lot of safety also.”
Sooraj spoke about the action sequence at a recent event also. “We've had really experienced & professional action directors on our film. Dave Judge from Hollywood & Ravir Verma sir from the south. So there's amazing action,” he said.
At that event, Salman was also present and as Sooraj said that, Salman was very quick to add, “You'll be thrilled to see Sooraj in action.”
Just as much as the action, we hope the film is high on entertainment too because all people need is entertainment, entertainment & more entertainment.
