Undoubtedly, Govinda has been one of the most iconic actors in India film industry but has struggled a lot to get his due, not coming from a filmy background he has struggled hard to maintain his name in the industry.

With clans and camps taking over in the industry, superstar Govinda was lost in the crowd.

Now that he is back with a bang, he appealed his beloved fans, friends and family to be supportive towards him.

As Govinda rang his 53rd birthday, he threw a gala lunch for media and also unveiled the trailer of his upcoming film AAGAYA HERO which will be releasing worldwide on February 24, 2017.

Govinda has a huge fan following. Many young stars are his fans. One of the biggest fans of Govinda interestingly happens to be David Dhawan's son Varun Dhawan.

As reported by media, Varun Dhawan in famous talk show ‘Koffee With Karan' expressed that he is a huge fan of Govinda and shared how he would stand in long queues to get a glimpse of his favourite actor.

When media asked Govinda what does he have to say about this gesture from Varun, Govinda went on a different track and shared his agony, “That's nice of him, but I have never been called in Koffee With Karan ever, may be because I am not well educated as these youngsters are! I don't speak polished English and there are camps and groups which I have never been part of.”

He further shared, “ I would never want any young actor be it Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh or Varun Dhawan to have my fate as I never had a godfather in the industry, Varun has David Dhawan who is his father. I have struggled a lot and I don't want any youngster to struggle so much.”

Well, we hope Karan Johar is listening and we wish to see Govinda having ‘Koffee' with Karan someday!
