John Abraham and Varun Dhawan's helicopter scene has been the most talked about sequences currently.
Touted to be the most expensive chase sequence of the movie, the helicopter sequence of DISHOOM was also one of the most complex scenes to shoot, as it involved filming challenging stunts mid air.
The chopper sequence was filmed in Abu Dhabi and it took around 3-4 days to complete the filming of the sequence.
If this was not enough, to enhance visual appeal, the scene had to be shot barring body doubles and harness in order for the sequence to look realistic.
Producer Sajid Nadiadwala not only roped in expert stunt choreographers but also personally looked into safety and protection of both his lead actors. He made sure to have equipment's on standby as a precautionary measure during the sequence.
In spite of this, Varun Dhawan, who was doing a helicopter stunt for the first time, seemed frightened in the making of the video, which is quite considerable, but yet worth it all.
Not only that, John, in the making of this video, revealed that they had a personal pilot from the royal air force – a British guy who drives the royal family around.
Varun Dhawan and John Abraham sure seem to have had a very good and adventurous experience shooting this sequence. Lucky guys, these ones!
