When Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi & Aftab Shivdasani made their 'wives' fight with each other

Since GREAT GRAND MASTI features almost half dozen actresses (Shraddha Das, Mishti Chakraborty, Pooja, Urvashi Rautela, Sonali Raut, Kangna Sharma), one could easily expect catfights to happen on the sets, which is quite a norm in Bollywood. Surprisingly, while there was never bad blood between these girls, the lead stars Riteish, Vivek and Aftab, being the pranksters & biggest mastikhors, turned bitchy and almost made them fight.

In an exclusive google hangout with glamsham, Shraddha Das, who plays Aftab Shivdasani's wife in GREAT GRAND MASTI, revealed, “These guys (Riteish, Aftab and Vivek) always wanted some catfights to happen because there were enough girls around them. All the three wives in the film Pooja, Mishti and myself are Bengali in real life, so we had a rocking chemistry on the sets. So there was no question of fights between us, not even with Urvashi Rautela. On the contrary, it was Riteish-Aftab & Vivek, who attempted to poison our minds with bitchy talks. While we always knew they are taking on us, once it so happened that they were almost successful in creating bad blood between us. We almost got bitchy but in the middle of all the mess, we could smell the fish and realized that these guys are really playing some pranks with us. They wanted us to have catfights but thankfully it didn't happen. At that time I was shocked to discover that guys can be biggest gossipers than the girls are.”

Not only this but Vivek, Riteish Aftab's code language also baffled the girls. “They have an amazing timing and tuning. In fact the trio used to speak in code words on the sets. And we girls used to get puzzled if they are poking fun at us or what. I used to constantly think on it. They have an amazing strong bonding, of course because they have been associated with each other for last 13 years. These boys used to create havoc on the sets and Indu ji (Indra Kumar), our director, like a school principal used to say on megaphone ‘Ki baccho Mere Baccho Please Focus Karoo' because the three of them would just not stop,” Shraddha shared.

But Shraddha was all the time worried aboute her comic timing with her co-stars. She said, “I was all the time tensed about my comic timing with them. So in the first two schedules I didn't do any masti but later on it was great fun.”

Indeed, boys will always be boys!
